Training has been bringing a new level of peace in my life. The connections i’ve made and strengthened in this new era are immeasurable.

Shoutout to my coaches @north_star_jiu_jitsu @sebasguerriero @luxpotentia Thank you for all the lessons this past year 🙏🏽

Zercher squats 6x3 for the day.
Working as a team, we push each other beyond our limits. The energy was fucking incredible. Everyone came to torch their legs.

Training is more than just lifting weights and running around the gym. It’s more than just performance and aesthetics. To me, it’s my time to meditate. To put myself in mental discomfort and find solace in it.

During the best and worst periods of my life, movement has always given me time to think. To reflect. To forgive. To acknowledge and applaud.

I take my training seriously because one day will be my last session.
I guess thats also how I like to live my life. Enjoy all the elements life has to offer because I never know when it will be gone.

Spread love. Spread joy. Spread knowledge.

Walking into all rooms God sent me to, unbothered… I worked hard for what I have and to get this far just to dim my damn light for anyone. So if my presence causes any amount of discomfort, please feel free to turn the other way #Unique #Confident #Confidence #SelfMade #Unbothered Hair: By me, ŁĒĒ Top: Disordered by @disordered_k.xavier
