My first @metalcon.music is over. I had do slay several inner demons in order to attend. And once there, I learned how make better music out of them. 😈 And as you can see in the photo, I had quite some fun while learning from lasselammert .

I've met met so many passionate nerds in all stages of their artistic and professional journey and I look forward to making some heavy stuff with some of them! 👀

Coming to Metalcon was an even better decision than replacing my deteriorating Scarlet 2i2. 💖 This conf is NOT just for the 30-year industry veterans. Just like a good IT conference, this one has sessions for all experience levels and folks from all walks of life. I felt so welcome here, my impostor syndrome retreated into a dark corner and never came out to play. 😊

Speaking of IT conferences, I haven't noticed anything like the eternal vim vs emacs conflict here at Metalcon. I guess people are too busy actually making and appreciating stuff. 😏

I'm over 800 characters already so I better come to an end here. Many thanks to the team, for making this con possible! And especially to Ingo and Tuvan for handling my forgotten hardticket in an extremely uncomplicated way.

PRO TIP: Don't forget your hardticket at home!
