Swank Yard is back a small gathering space for friends who live through music, ideas, and unexpected meetings.

From the afternoon until late, the turntable will spin with:
@juniorbasement · @alvamaret_ · @syifamaulana

The yard will also host a small market by:
@mokhsa.goth · @workinkombet · @mek.ink_

And a special pop-up vinyl selection by @districtwax

Nothing too formal.
Just come by, listen to the music, meet old friends, or maybe new ones.

Groove is not entertainment—it is a discourse.
Spinning records is a methodological act: selecting, cutting, and looping collective memory into rhythm.
In the local scene, the DJ becomes both curator and critic translating community values into sound, resisting silence through basslines.

This is not ego on the decks; this is authorship within a cultural system.

Where music operates as social capital, and the scene sustains itself through shared frequencies.
HKuse · SDGs · Local Scene
Groove as praxis. Sound as movement.

不抱著過多期待走進唱片行，偶爾請顧店的夥伴親自推薦，扛著幾十張唱片回到台灣，一張一張回味的感覺是好深刻好深刻的。

Just landed in Manila to play this FRI @nokal.manila and SAT at @boogiemnl 🇵🇭 The last 8 days have been more hectic than I could have imagined - from Vietnam, to Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and now Philippines 🥵 I do not recommend this kind of itinerary to anyone 😂

Huge thanks to the team @the.observatory Hồ Chí Minh City, to everyone involved in planning @sonic.events.vn in Đà Nẵng, to @leno.rei and Edu for incredible hospitality and the gig at @hasaka_bar Jakarta, @yorbetrays for being generally so great, to @bassisasia for bringing me to Singapore, and @lelnd @barbonfunk Singapore for the epic cocktails and opportunity to spin whatever I liked.

ASIAN HOSPITALITY & FOOD IS UNPARALLELED! 🌟

Grateful to make new friends and see familiar faces again @munireng @valedgina @dea_barandana @funk_bstrd @_natashahassan @anushkam @mollylovesun @ishyea @nidadadj @wangborja @bipolar_bear_dj @elliekhodayar @steliosvassiloudis.official @mialiii @kabirsuharan @kennedyash_ @cyriloulepetitloup @floatingstr_blokm @dj_gimix_nomad @bravoffrecords @liferecordsmy 🙏🏽💗🫶🏽

Also got a day to pay respects in Kuala Lumpur to my recently passed grandparents, and to see family. 🤍

Rounding out the chats in Jakarta with Tommy from @districtwax
Sharing Indonesian songs that left a big mark on me when i heard them and hoping to track a few down. Very grateful for the welcome and the party he had me spin some cumbia for. Looking forward to returning to Jakarta in the future.
