"One of the most exciting things about coaching is the buzz you get when you push out of your comfort zone, come up with a plan and put it into action! Life takes on a whole new meaning as you re-create your life the way you want it." Emma-Louise Elsey

Emma-Louise’s quote is a familiar example of how coaching works. It’s very easy to stay in your comfort zone. If you remain there too long, there’s the likelihood of complacency. Facing the things that challenge you can provide opportunities for growth. You can't make progress by standing still.

Our mission as ICF Coaches is to work within our communities to educate and help more people experience the power of coaching. If you are curious and would like to learn more about coaching, I can help.

Wisdom Wednesday Quote:
"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be." –Tom Landry

There are many things I love about being a coach. Here's a few: •Co-creating the coaching partnership with my client •Creating a safe space for my client to discover possibilities •Challenging my client’s perceptions and limiting beliefs •Being a champion & trusted partner on the coaching journey

Wisdom Wednesday Quote:
"Don’t look for society to give you permission to be yourself." – Steve Maraboli

Are you making decisions or choices based on what others will think? Stop favoring to the masses and be who you truly are. Don’t worry so much about what the outside world thinks, check in with the most important person of all.

Motivation Monday Quote:
"In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity." – Albert Einstein

As you sip your Monday morning cup of java, consider this…

Sometimes life doesn’t always go the way we planned. I certainly didn’t plan or predict my 2020 to be what is now our current state.
May this upcoming week help you learn and be empowered with the challenges that are in your way, because around the corner may be that next opportunity.

Wisdom Wednesday Quote: "Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." – John Wooden

We've all heard the old saying that you can do anything you put your mind to. My grandparents recited this on a regular basis and it’s true!

You are full of untapped potential, so stop second-guessing yourself and forget about your limitations. Go for what you want, use the talents you have, show passion in what you can do and don’t worry about what you can’t do.
