35 YEARS STRONG! The longest-running Health & Wellness Awareness benefit by @thesherylleeralph

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The news of @mrfreddiejackson’s passing took a little wind out of my lungs today. His music is part of the fabric of many of our lives. I remember how giddy I was to finally meet him, when he graciously accepted our Invitation to perform at our 21st Annual @divassimplysinging fundraiser for @thesherylleeralph ‘s @thedivafoundation. I had the opportunity to sit and talk with him and he was warm and I found him to be a wonderful conversationalist. Rest in Peace King 👑, may your legacy forever be revered and cherished.

Today, we encourage you to make yourself a priority. Whether it's taking a walk, scheduling a wellness visit, checking in with your mental health, or simply allowing yourself time to rest, every act of self-care is an act of strength.

At The DIVA Foundation, we believe that caring for yourself is essential to building healthier relationships, healthier communities and a healthier world.

Take a moment to pause. Breathe. Restore. You deserve it.

Happy International Self-Care Day 💋✨

For 35 years, The DIVA Foundation, under the leadership of @thesherylleeralph, has remained committed to honoring the lives of those lost to HIV/AIDS while advancing education, advocacy, and prevention to help end the epidemic.

Through community outreach, the transformative power of the arts, and @divassimplysinging, we remember those we've lost, uplift those living with HIV, confront stigma, and champion equitable access to care.

Our work continues because our mission remains clear: to educate, advocate, and inspire action until the fight against HIV/AIDS is over. ❤️

Hello, July 💋✨

The hardest part of change is deciding to begin. This month, choose progress. Choose compassion. Choose your health. Choose one another.

Together, we move closer to a future where health equity isn't an inspiration - it's a reality!

Today, we celebrate the fathers, father figures, mentors, caregivers who lead with love, strength, and presence.

We honor the men who have shifting the narratives, committing themselves to showing up, guiding the next generation, and building stronger families and communities. Thank you!

Happy Father's Day!
