What an AMAZING day! 🙌💚 Today was truly special getting to watch two sisters, who I’ve had the privilege of training since middle school, go HEAD-TO-HEAD against each other! 💪🔥 I can’t even begin to express how PROUD I am of both of you! Your dedication, work ethic, and commitment to training at Xplosive Performance Lab over the years mean more to me than you’ll ever know. Traveling over an HOUR to train with me year after year speaks volumes about your commitment and the trust you’ve placed in me. 🙏 Watching you both grow from young athletes into the incredible competitors and young women you are today is what coaching is ALL ABOUT! You two will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart and in the LAB! 💚 Different Teams. Same Family. FOREVER MADE N DA LAB! 💪❎💚

The goal is simple: get 1% better every day. 💪 Small improvements, repeated consistently, lead to massive results over time. Stay committed to the process, trust the work, and keep showing up. One workout, one rep, one day at a time. 😤🔥 No shortcuts. No excuses. Just progress. #MadeNDaLab #XplosivePerformance #1PercentBetterEveryDay
