We came, we made some noise, Matt pissed in his van and we left with friends. Huge thank you to John (AKA The Big Show), Gareth, Dave on sound and the entire @divewolves team for a stellar day. You seriously made us feel welcome and looked after us more than we ever imagined. Pizza en Masse, forced shots and a green room full of arcade games 😂.
Big shout out to @yurmum_official for the kind words after our set and we'll hold you to the invite down to London to play with you soon and totally when you come back to Wales🤝. Big love to all of the other bands and solo artists from the entire day. There's waay too many of you to tag but you know who you are. Sadly we never got to sample the famous orange chips of Wolverhampton nor did we have time to visit Molineux. We'll be back. Thronk signing off.

Was great to catch Be N!ce (@be_nice_band) for a second time over @divewolves last night! 🤘🔥

Brining a set full of their trademark rage, angst, aggression, swears and power - Be N!ce are definitely a band with a lot to say and some genuinely powerful tracks - its a bit non radio friendly but make sure you check out the track they closed with 'CAMBRIDGE'. I'm a big fan of WITCH HUNT, which was epic to hear again, and it was great to see so many people in the crowd singing along to it! WHAT A GIG!

Was great to grab an interview with them! We chatted about what makes them so FKN angry and much more! You can hear our chat on this weeks Rock of Ages - Wednesday from 7pm on @brumradio along with a showcase of the awesome music they are putting out there!

Was such a great line up at Dive for the first night of the Be N!ce UK tour, with incredible sets from @luceithband @bldsugr & @mere.amore providing support! 4 bands you should definitely follow and check out LIVE AND LOUD when you can!

Massive thanks as ever to @connormadehell for these awesome shots! Give him a follow to check out more of the awesome work he is doing with local unsigned adn upcoming acts. Legend. 📸😎

TWICE IN A WEEK! And what a couple of shows they were by BLDSUGR! (@bldsugr )🤘🔥

AGGRESSIVE. ANGRY. DRAMATIC. POWERFUL. DOOMY. PUNKY. There are so many adjectives to describe BLDSUGR, and I soon might run out of superlatives too. They are bloody incredible. Go see them for yourselves when you can. With Lolly's fierce vocal style, Leigh's incredible work on guitar and Jakes heavy drumming this three piece can really BRING THE NOISE. Their shows are not only heavy but also produce a great amount of fun!

Lolly also speaks openly and frankly about the effect that Neurodiversity has on the band, with 'Scratch, Ache, Bleed' being particularly poignant. Its great to see them and their music receiving such warm receptions wherever they go! Consider me a 'lamb' or that other thing Molly from Cherrydead says BLDSUGR fans are called!

Two incredible shows with two incredible lineups - from the UNHOLY TRINITY of @cherrydeadband and @musicbyrooted to this first night of the @be_nice_band UK Tour alongside @mere.amore & @luceithband - plus playing at Judgestock the day after, BLDSUGR have had quite a week!

I've had the pleasure of chatting to them for my show on @brumradio a couple of times and they are manic fun off stage! You can hear their most recent appearance with THE UNHOLY TRINITY right here!

Mega thank you to @connormadehell for these awesome shots - make sure you give him a follow and check out his awesome work with local stars of the grass roots scene! 😎📸

Always great to see MERE AMORE (@mere.amore) Live and Loud! 🤘🔥

I still can't quite describe the stage presence and aura they carry - its immense, a comfort in performance that few bands have - an effortlessness, with meaningful rants about societies flaws and villains that flow so seamlessly. This is the second time I've seen them over at the awesome @divewolves venue and each time they've knocked it out the park with incredible charisma. It's not just swagger in case you were wondering, they absolutely ROCK - Check them out live when you get chance for sure, I can't recommend them enough!

Hailing from Manchester way, Mere Amore are yet another example of incredible talent and varied sounds coming out of the Steel Mill! Make sure you check out their latest single 'MICROMAC' NOW!
