❤️‍🩹 Emotional/Mental Health Consultant - ✨ Helping People come home to who they truly are. ✨

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Dear Little One,

Come out of hiding, there is no need to hide anymore…I am not ashamed of you 🤍

For those who have felt like they’ve needed to hide the parts of themselves they struggle with or the parts of themselves they are ashamed of. Please know what you do is not Who you are. What you do matters but who you are matters so much more. @lauraduncanconsulting taught me this principle and it is sooo valuable. Now whenever I get to talk to anyone who struggles with something I remember that they are just like this little boy or little girl hiding behind something scared to come out because they are afraid of disconnect & judgement. What a gift it is to be able to look at that little boy or girl and say “ I am not ashamed of you & I can handle what you struggle with.” What a gift it is for myself to look at the past me riddled in shame from mistakes and say “ I am not ashamed of you.” “I know who you are, and I know true you, confident, clear minded, tender hearted and at peace wouldn’t have made those decisions.”

God is moving in ways we didn’t plan but have been praying for.

People are worshipping.
People are training.
People are encountering Christ.
Souls are coming to Christ.
Hearts are being healed.

This isn’t about hype or entertainment or just for funsies.

It’s about advancing the Kingdom of God & growing in discipline.

The next Built to Serve God Experience is coming.

There’s a shift happening.
Not confined to four walls — but moving wherever God sends us.

We watched souls saved, hearts awakened, and faith activated. This was the first of many. Not a moment. Not an event. A mission.

“See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
— Isaiah 43:19

We’re committed to doing ministry outside the building, meeting people where they are, and creating space for God to move freely.

This is just the beginning.
Big things are coming.

If you’re ready for the next gathering, comment below. 🙏🏽🔥

This moment happened before the event began.

Before the workout.
Before worship.
Before the Word.

We gathered in prayer — asking God for healing, deliverance, repentance, and salvation — and we watched Him answer.

Lives were touched.
Hearts were softened.
Souls responded.

These are not events — this is how revival begins. 🙏🏽🔥

Dear Self,
✨ You Do Not have to pretend anymore ✨

There is a girl who woke up today and she was not calm, not peppy, not positive, not smiley…she didn’t put on a brave face, she didn’t act like everything was okay. She didn’t have the right words to say or try to fix everything that was going on around her. She just was. She accepted that today she was neither of those things and that maybe tomorrow she would be some of those things. But today, she just was and that is enough. 🤍

Hey There! 👋🏼
✨ If your body could talk…what story would it tell? ✨

All of our physical bodies have a story that it’s been through and yet what keeps me in awe is that our bodies remain standing, for us to live. 🥹
Today I got to spend time with myself and look at all that my body has overcome. What a gift to see 🕊️
