THIS WAS MORE THAN A FASHION SHOW. THIS WAS PURPOSE. Before the models stepped onto the runway, I took a moment to speak from my heart. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and I believe it was no coincidence that God chose this very month for the launch of The Arewa Foundation @thearewa_foundation . Through my passion for fashion and pageantry, God gave me a way to turn my story into something greater — a platform where women can find their voices, share their stories, embrace healing, and rediscover their purpose. The tears in that room reminded me that this movement is bigger than me. To every woman who has endured pain in silence: Your story matters. Your voice deserves to be heard.
