gratitude overload 🍊

last weekend my sister organized and hosted the most loving baby shower for mackenzie and i, and i am humbled by the amount of love this baby boy is surrounded by 🥹.

my strength and confidence throughout this pregnancy and soon-to-be birth is rooted in the incredible strength that has raised and preceded me. my mom, my sister, my aunties, all of my friend’s moms, my friends who are moms now—all have given, and continue to give me, confidence as i enter into the lifelong adventure of motherhood. while i know it hasn’t been easy, they each mother their children with the utmost love and grace, and somehow maintain every bit of who they are as women. my love for them runs DEEP.

the village you see in this post (and to think this isn’t even all of them) is the main reason i decided to move back to san francisco to raise my son. i am who i am because of them and i won’t ever let them forget how important they are to me—through it all, they’ve been there to hold me down. and i look forward to continuing our legacy of hella dope, strong ass mamas of the SFC 😎💪🏼.

(pregnancy, motherhood, hella strong)

let it be known, there were NO spam musubi’s at the finish line. i’m not saying that’s wrong but i was disappointed.

me and homegirl were like damn. if you can’t go to bella noches for a musubi, where the hell could you go?

training with community is more fun and holds us more accountable to our goals!

10 times out of 10 my training sessions done with friends and others are exponentially better than the ones i do on my own. i love a good solo lift, but i love training with my people more!

tag & send this to your gym buddy to let them know you love training with them 😎💪🏼.

🌹CoJo 2025🌹

such an incredible week filled with so much love, good eats, beautiful history and sights, and hella laughter—all spent with the most top tier humans i’m blessed to share space with in this lifetime.

i have known majority of these people since i was 11 y/o, some since i was 5 y/o. to experience these stages of life and to still vibe with each other in the ways that we do is incredibly special and something i don’t take for granted. not only was this week about celebrating chloe & jordan’s love, but it was also a reunion to spend time with people who i hold near and dear to my heart, and who i don’t get to see as often anymore, but always picking up right we left off 🧡⚡️.

thank you to @chloxannx & jordan for organizing a dope ass wedding week. seeing everyone come together is truly a testament to y’all’s love not only for each other, but for those around you. cheers to a life filled with more love, more adventure, and the utmost happiness✨.
