✨WHAT TO EXPECT AS A MEMBER✨

At Onyx, we believe that growth happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone. We challenge ourselves to try new things, learn from other dancers, compete, and continuously push ourselves to become better dancers and individuals. 🤎

🏆COMPETITIONS & PERFORMANCES🏆
We compete every year to grow together as a crew and as individuals. We’re also invited to perform throughout the NJ/NY area, giving our dancers opportunities to gain stage experience, build confidence, strengthen memory retention, and, most importantly, learn to give themselves grace when things don’t go perfectly on stage.

🤝EVENTS🤝
We’re more than just dancers! Throughout the year, we host events and create opportunities to connect, including Friendsgiving, dinners, study sessions, end-of-year celebrations, and attending other dance classes together.

🌎CULTURE🌎
Our members come from different backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. We celebrate all cultures and dance genres, fusing them together to create a truly multicultural environment that shines through in our routines!!

✨FRIENDSHIPS & MEMORIES✨
Most importantly, you’ll create memories and friendships that go beyond the crew. No matter how long you’re a part of Onyx, our door will always be open for you to share, learn, and grow, not only as a dancer, but as a person.
