A Dream Come True...
From being asked what I get from elephants, to sharing space with those who see them with the same quiet reverence — this journey has been humbling, demanding, and deeply beautiful, much like the elephants themselves.

It’s hard to put into words what draws you so deeply to something. It isn’t about recognition or reward — it’s a quiet pull, something you honour simply because it feels true.

And on Saturday evening, that truth felt shared. In the stillness, in the heartfelt conversations, the “why” didn’t need explaining anymore.

The launch of Elephant Wings to Freedom was more than just a book release, it was a powerful moment of unity for the elephant cause.

The evening opened up gentle yet urgent reflections about the state of our ecosystems, and the role each of us can play in restoring balance. It was moving, meaningful, and filled with purpose — a small but steady step toward compassionate action, especially for our endangered heritage species. 🐘

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and held space for this moment. May the spirit of the elephant continue to guide us — with strength, patience, and grace — in both our inner and outer landscapes. 🐘

Last week was an incredible mix of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Being part of the Sports Psychology Conference wasn’t just about contributing—it was about immersing myself in a community that shares the same passion and drive. The 5C course gave me fresh insights, and working alongside the energetic INSPA team made the experience even more special.

But beyond the knowledge, what truly stood out was the people—the meaningful conversations, the shared enthusiasm, and the sense of belonging in a field I love. A huge shoutout to @keerthanaswaminathan, @varadayinichitale & @maurelle.d_ who continue to lead by example and make this dream community a reality. Grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead!

on this #WorldMentalHealthDay where the theme is #MentalHealthAtWork, i cannot be prouder of my team! 🩵

spending most of my day at work definitely impacts my mental health. there are days when the stress overwhelms me, however, knowing that i’m supported by my team helps ease it!

though we geek out on #sport and #psychology for most part of our day, i deeply treasure all our banter beyond it. because what is work-life balance if not this? 🙋🏻‍♀️

onwards & upwards! 🤜🏼
