Was it ever about creating something external? Or about fully experiencing something internal? And more than to film, what is even to film? Merely witnessing the worlds we build in our heads, that we crave to experience, until the limit of our resistance and belief, that we will experience it, towards it, allows us to experience. We do when we make films. Experience, and just really exist, and grasp in whatever that is unfolding before, witness that. That is what it is to make films, to just be a witness. This process was as beautiful as being able to start learning to be just a witness. Sometimes to surrender to what is, is how we move. And the whole of it reminded us of that.
