Mindfulness is not just essential in your relationships with others. It’s essential in your relationship with yourself, first and foremost.
Permission to enjoy each day, each moment whether challenging or simple. Allowing yourself to high-five yourself! Pat yourself on the back for a job well done💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 To celebrate not just the big victories but the little steps along the way toward those victories.
We sometimes keep such a laser focus on the end all goal, that we forget to love ourselves in the process when in reality that love is the fuel we all need to reach those goals 🎉
❤️ ❤️♥️

“Women are like angels. When someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly. Usually on a broomstick. We're flexible like that.”

Photography 101 🎬 WEARING ALL THE HATS
If you’re an entrepreneur it’s what you signed up for.
You may ask yourself like I have many times;

Am I a photographer? A videographer? A producer? A director? Am I a set designer? Do I do hair and make up? Am I a wardrobe stylist? Editing? Really?… I edit?😳
Manufacturer? R&D? Do I formulate? Distribution? Importing/exporting? Accounting ? Office manager? Copywriting? Capital procurement? Social media guru? Do I write trademarks? Patents? Am I a Public speaker?! Yikes! 🎤 Mic Drop.
Marketing ? Sales rep? Wait I have to get in front of the camera now and be the face of the product? 🤦🏼‍♀️And don’t forget customer service!… Don’t ever forget customer service!
What about 3 AM shipping and receiving because that’s the only time you have left to carve out in your day to fit it in?
Guess what? If you’re an entrepreneur or wanting to be an entrepreneur the answer is YES. You have suddenly graduated with a plethora of skills… And not with just one graduation cap but with all of them!
HATS OFF 👩🏻‍🎓 to all of the amazing women out there that are wearing ALL THE HATS!
We applaud you, we are proud of you, keep going! Keep fighting! Keep persevering! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻The world is a more beautiful, innovative, intelligent, exciting and magical place because of you!🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️
