Still trying to process what happened on Friday… 🥹

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came, celebrated, danced, drank, laughed and made this night so special.🫰🏻

Seeing so many different people from different parts of my life all in one room was honestly surreal. Friends who helped me organize everything, people who travelled, everyone who showed up with such good energy — I appreciate you more than you know. 🫶

What started as a random “maybe I should do something for my birthday” idea somehow turned into a night I’ll remember for a very, very long time.🥰

Big love to everyone who helped behind the scenes, everyone who supported the idea from day one and of course everyone who made the party what it was.🫂

29 couldn’t have started any better. 🤍

Thank you for all the love, messages, gifts, Aperols, hugs and memories. Big love to everyone who helped make this happen — full credits in the comments. 🫶🤝

And since apparently we know how to throw a party now…… comment “party” below to secure your spot on the guest list for my 30th birthday hahah🤪

Juli, du warst Sonne und Freundschaft und Tanzen. Du warst voller Liebe für die besten Menschen in meinem Leben. Du warst Feiern und Tanzen und am Ende auch ein bisschen Erholung.

Some events are bigger than the event itself.
These weren’t just any other yoga classes.
It was a reminder of why I started teaching in the first place. 🥹

For years, my vision has been to make these spaces of feeling, slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves accessible to as many people as possible. Because I truly believe that so many of us never give ourselves permission to simply be. To feel. To listen. To meet ourselves.

I’ve always had this feeling that the bigger the room, the more I am able to spread my energy. ✨
And standing in a room with more than 100 people, moving, breathing and feeling together, reminded me exactly of who powerful sharing your energy can be. Because at the end of the day, this has never been about yoga. It’s always been about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to come home to themselves.

Watching a vision that has lived in my heart for so many years come to life felt incredibly special.

A huge thank you to @lululemon and everyone involved for trusting this vision and creating a space where over 200 people could experience what „Space to Feel“ truly means.

Special thanks to @die.elisaa @vicmorenozama @j_essman for trusting and believing in me.

Still taking it all in. 🤍
