Thank You to the SURU Community
A heartfelt thank you to the entire SURU Community, especially Dan, Timo Maas, and all the founding members who made this incredible platform possible.
You have created much more than just a community. You have built a true artists-for-artists platform, a space where creativity, passion, and mutual support thrive. A place where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or background, as long as they share a genuine love for music production and artistic expression.
What makes SURU special is the spirit of collaboration. It is a space where producers can connect, exchange ideas, learn from one another, share knowledge, and grow together. In an industry that can often feel competitive and isolated, SURU stands as a reminder that community, openness, and support are just as important as talent.
Thank you for fostering an environment where artists inspire artists, where friendships are formed, and where creativity can flourish without barriers.
Here's to many more years of innovation, collaboration, and great music.
With gratitude and respect

On September 25th, the release “Simon Jaxx – ALL WE NEED IS ACID” drops on Frequently Music — pure Acid Techno in true oldschool TB‑303 underground style. Pig&Dan created an absolutely stunning remix, hypnotic and powerful, ready to ignite dancefloors around the world.

We have decided that all proceeds from this release will be donated to the earthquake victims in Colombia, supporting the Cruz Roja Colombiana, who are helping families on the ground who lost everything. My wife comes from Colombia, family parts from Venezuela & Colombia lost everything this project is deeply personal to me.

You can also donate directly — the link is in my Instagram bio, electronic dance music connects people, heals, and builds bridges.

Huge thanks to Pig&Dan for the amazing remix, also thanks to my wife, Suru Music, Electric Space, my event community, Nebadon Music, and my Frequently Music team.

There will be a limited picture‑vinyl edition of 4 copies, auctioned to support the earthquake victims.

Groove on,
Simon Jaxx

REAL POWER isn’t even out yet… and it’s already getting played. 🔥
Caught this one after the fact — Funk D’Void / @FixedByFunk dropped the Jon Perx Remix during his Twitch stream with special guest Wyndell Long.
At the time, the track was still circulating under its original working title, “Latin Ladies.”
That record is now REAL POWER — Ronnie Vineyard.
Hearing this remix out in the wild before the project is even released? Yeah… that feels fucking good.
REAL POWER — COMING SOON.

Jon Perx resurfaces on our Basement Traxxx edition with a heavy jacking dose of Chicago's raw DNA moving forward and paying respect to yesterday... the kind that smells like concrete dust, hot circuitry, and bodies moving in tight quarters.

⚔️ Commander J2o – Episode 8
From the Future of Funk cinematic universe.

The strike has landed.
The Pink Galaxy and Neon Galaxy Cyan missiles tear through the heart of the Veydran stronghold, triggering a catastrophic chain reaction. The fortress erupts in a blinding explosion as the Chicago Jaxxx fleet watches from the front line.
For one brief moment...
It looks like the battle is over.
Or is it?

⚠️ FUTURE OF FUNK // EPISODE 7 ⚠️
Not every battle is won with bigger weapons.
Sometimes it's won with better strategy.
As another Veydran Titan emerges, Commanders Angel Alanis & Maria Goetz oversee one of the most unexpected deployments in the Future of Funk universe—a colossal combat rabbit mech built to challenge a monster many believed couldn't be stopped.
What follows is pure chaos.
Steel collides with steel. The ground shakes. One Titan falls.
Every episode expands the universe. Every artist helps tell the story.
This isn't just an album anymore.
Welcome to The Future of Funk.

Commander Alavux // Operation: Steel Funk

When the distress signal reached Commander Alavux, there was no hesitation.

No speeches. No retreat. No waiting for reinforcements.

He launched the entire bomber fleet straight into the largest Veydran invasion humanity had ever witnessed.

With Titans advancing across the battlefield and millions of enemy command units overrunning the planet, Alavux answered with precision, overwhelming firepower, and relentless determination.

Every bomb dropped. Every laser fired. Every formation held.

Not for glory.

For the people still fighting below.

This is only the beginning of Alavux's story in The Future of Funk universe.

The battle for humanity has begun. 🚀🔥👽
