Ayurveda is the ancient science of balance — a 5,000 year old system that sees you as a whole: your body, mind, and daily rhythms all working together. It’s not another diet trend. It’s learning to eat, move, and live in sync with your own unique energetic make up (your dosha), so healing feels less like restriction and more like coming home to yourself.

Together we’ll look at your food, your sleep, your stress, your daily rituals — and build a lifestyle that actually fits you.

If you’ve been feeling out of sync and craving a more grounded way to live, I’d love to work with you 🍃

Getting back into the groove despite a herniated disc… yoga is all about meeting yourself exactly where you are at. It’s about allowing yourself to feel at home in your body and safe in your mind. It’s not about judgement. Even if you are working through any pain or tension, don’t ever believe you can’t practice yoga! Yoga is bringing your inner light to the forefront of your worldview. It’s the presence, mindfulness, and intention you embody as you move through life. Yoga is a philosophy and a lifestyle. If you are injured, try pranayama to help stay connected to that part of you that you would normally tune into in asana practice. Kindness, love, empathy are also yoga- AHIMSA. Non harming!

Catch me Tomorrow and Friday at @soulrideyoga for Vinyasa 2/3 with good music to go along🩵

We don’t just build a space… we build a feeling 💖

HYS isn’t special because of the walls or the mats ~ it’s special because of you. The friends you bring, the family you invite, the connections you create.

Our mission has always been to be affordable, accessible, and available to all ~ so everyone has a place to land, to belong, and to feel at home.

And the truth is…it does feel like home because of the people inside it.

Your people = Your place ✨
And we’re so honored it’s here with us.

In Ayurveda, we believe that everything found in the universe is also found within the human body. When we step into nature, we aren’t just “going outside”… we are returning home to ourselves. From the grounding energy of the earth to the flow of the water, practicing this ancient wisdom has shown me that the best pharmacy is the one right outside our door.

Morning movement is my way of clearing the channel. Before I can guide others, I have to settle into my own skin.

My practice begins with the inhale—drawing in Prana. This isn’t just “air”; it’s the vital life force that hums in every cell and connects us to the pulse of nature. It is the intelligence behind every heartbeat and the spark in every thought.

As I move, I’m exhaling the stagnant to make space for Sattva. This is the state of being where life feels luminous, clear, and balanced. It’s the quiet harmony that comes when your energy is finally flowing without resistance. ✨🌬️

💗Your yoga mat (and an hour of peace) awaits💗

March schedule is live and we have all of your favorites Monday-Thursday at 6:30pm and your beloved Saturday morning offerings at 9 & 10:30am all month!

✨Check out our 2 special events this month:
🔺*RESCHEDULED TO APRIL 11th - Saturday March 14th 12-2pm join Annie for ANCHORED: How to befriend and tend your nervous system. Get to know your autonomic hierarchy and your vagus nerve. Engage in practices and activate healing capacities to connect with yourself and the social world.
🔻Sunday March 22nd 1-3pm join @anna_subtlebody_mfr for our next Fascia Wellness & Full Body Release. Tension, tightness, and chronic discomfort often have one root cause: restricted fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds and supports everything in your body.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to gently release those restrictions using supportive tools like therapy balls and bolsters. These techniques are simple, accessible, and incredibly effective.
🔻Link to register for the events is in the bio ~ space is limited to 10 per event so grab your spot early!

📣 Per your request we are giving Friday mornings a shot! Check out our new class offered twice this month at 8am NOURISH FLOW ~ this gentle 1 hour practice will combine pranayama, mantra & asana to close out your week and prepare for the weekend.

💗 Accessible, affordable & available to all is our mission at the HYS. We welcome walk ins to all classes, we can accommodate all levels of ability, we have virtual option for most of our offerings and we have all the props and supplies you need at the studio no extra charge! Come find your yoga at The HYS 💗
