Here’s a recap of yesterday’s WOD22 workout! 🇺🇸💪

We came together as a community to honor the 22 veterans lost to suicide every day—a heartbreaking reality that we refuse to ignore. With 22 stations, 22 reps each, and a moment of silence at the 22-minute mark, we pushed ourselves for a cause bigger than fitness.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and donated to support our veterans. Your efforts make a real impact! If you’d still like to donate, head to www.officialwod22.com → Click Register → Individual → Donate → Select Other and input FIIT CULTURE to contribute.

Today, we were honored to stand as an affiliate gym and host a #WOD22 workout to bring awareness to the heartbreaking reality of veteran suicide.

22 veterans lose their lives to suicide every day. It’s a statistic that should not exist, and today, we came together as a community to raise money and show our support for those who have served.

Our WOD22 workout featured 22 stations with 22 reps per station, pushing us to our limits in honor of those who have sacrificed everything. At the 22-minute mark, we held a moment of silence to remember and honor all the lives lost.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and showed up with heart and grit. Your support makes a difference. If you’d still like to donate, you can do so at www.officialwod22.com → Click Register → Individual → Donate → Select Other and input FIIT CULTURE to contribute through our gym.

Special shoutout to @thedj525 for setting the vibe with an epic 00’s/10’s EDM throwback playlist—the energy was unreal!

And an extra big thank you to our very own @tking088 , who brought this event to our attention. As a veteran himself, his dedication to this cause is personal and powerful. Thank you, Tim, for your service and for inspiring us to take action.

Together, we move for those who can’t.
