1 MILLION. THREE YEARS. READ THAT AGAIN. 🪦♦️

DJ Okungbowa didn’t just build R.I.P Financial he became the proof behind it.

$1,000,000 in personal production in just 3 YEARS.
A milestone that takes most people YEARS longer to even get close to.

This is why we follow who we follow.

Not a leader screaming from the sidelines.
Not somebody teaching something they’ve never done.
He DID IT. He proved it. Now he’s building killers behind him to do the same.

You can join any team.
But if you’re serious about becoming elite, ask yourself one question:

Has the person teaching you actually been where you’re trying to go?

Ours has.

DJ OKUNGBOWA. MILLION DOLLAR CLUB.
And somehow… this still feels like the beginning. 🪦♦️

Virtual sales isn’t a Miami high-rise and easy money right away…

Sometimes it’s living at home with your parents, driving a 2010 car, getting told you joined a pyramid scheme, crying after appointments, and wondering if you’re completely wasting your time.

It’s listening to the mentors who see something in you that you can’t see yet. @dj_boa7 (18k in a week was shattered too 😉)

It’s staying when quitting would be easier.

✍🏻 The lifestyle everyone wants comes AFTER the season nobody wants to go through.

Virtual sales isn’t a get rich quick it’s a get rich guaranteed when you REFUSE to give up.

A year ago, they were just the people teaching me how to sell.

Now I look around and realize they taught me how to believe in myself, how to keep going when I wanted to quit, and how much bigger my life could actually become.

Some people enter your life as mentors and somehow become family.

I’ll never be able to fully explain how much Arturo & DJ changed the trajectory of my life. Virtual sales might just be a job or a paycheck to some people, but it’ll never feel that way to me.

They found me during a chapter of my life where I had no idea what was next and saw something in me that I couldn’t see yet.

I can never repay them for what that belief did for my life. All I can do is make sure the people I lead someday feel the same way they made me feel. Blessed. ❤️💻🙏🏼

You see the posts, the travel, the highlights.

What you don’t see are the calls to Arturo & DJ the doubts, the advice, the moments I questioned if I was built for this. And truthfully, I still call them. ( a lot😂)

This business is simple, but mentally it will test you even when you’re winning.

Now I’m sitting in Spain, a company PAID trip for producing at a high level with the same mentors who continue to pour into me, and I get to duplicate everything they’ve taught me into my own team.

That might be the biggest win of all. 🇪🇸❤️

A few months ago, I didn’t even own a passport.

11 months into virtual sales and I’ve now been to 5 different countries all while working from my laptop. ✈️💻

Today’s office: the airport. Next stop: Spain 🇪🇸 for a Top Producer trip that only 2 people in the entire agency earned.

Getting rewarded to travel the world simply for doing my job at a high level still doesn’t feel real.

5 countries. 11 months. One laptop.

This is what working from anywhere can look like. 🌎

Hard work hits different when the reward is an all-expense-paid trip to Greece 🇬🇷

Thank you Globe life 🙏

🪦 30K+ TEAM DAY. NO LEAD SPEND.

With some of our top producers on vacation, the team still delivered one of our strongest days.

That’s what happens when production isn’t dependent on one person the standard runs through the entire organization.

31K+ in a day. Built from within.

You may know him as MR. CONSISTENT. 🥱

But before the consistent $20K months, Tyler Toolan was living the “safe” path.. working the 9–5 and doing what he was supposed to do.

Then he took the risk.

Went all in on virtual sales.
Stayed coachable.
Stayed consistent.
And built the freedom he used to clock in for.

That’s who we want at RIP. 🪦

Not people looking for easy money.
People willing to bet on themselves, go ALL IN, and make it happen.

From 9–5 to $20K+ months.

MR. CONSISTENT for a reason. 📈

Ready to take a risk like Tyler did?

Link in bio. Your move. 🔥
