From the back of the stage to the front of it. 🖤✨ What a journey. Years of building, creating, negotiating, leading, delivering — often behind the scenes, always with intention. In an industry where reputations are earned, not announced, I’ve learned that your name becomes your brand long before your title does. I’ve worked for the moments nobody saw, walked into rooms where I had to prove myself, built relationships that became family, and turned challenges into opportunities. Tonight, receiving this award in a city that celebrates ambition, I’m reminded of one thing: A powerful woman doesn’t wait for a seat at the table. She builds the table. Then she builds the room. Proud of the woman I’ve become. Grateful for the people who have walked this journey with me. Blessed beyond words — and hungry for what’s next. To every friend who became family, every collaborator who became a lifelong connection, and every person who believed in my vision — this one is ours. 🥂 Backstage. Boardroom. Main stage. The journey continues. And trust me… the best is yet to be produced. ✨🏆 #AwardWinning #WomenInBusiness #PowerWoman #DubaiLife DubaiBusiness Leadership Entrepreneur WomenWhoLead BossWoman LuxuryLifestyle EventIndustry TheJourney BuiltNotGiven
