☀️ BREATHE. STRETCH. MOVE☀️

On Sunday, March 22nd, 36 beautiful women from all different walks of life, ethnicities, ages, and fitness levels gathered at @trinitytrainingfacility and with the incredible talents of facilitators, @yogawithcarli__ @giselledepaz and @kriss.fierce.fit created a space of community, health, and healing to celebrate International Women’s Day.

I’m always honored to host my BREATHE.STRETCH.MOVE events, and this one was no different. We featured so many incredible female entrepreneurs and businesses and the room vibrated with beautiful energy and power!

Shoutout to our DJ @dj_j_moon for curating the immaculate musical vibes, our vendors, @74seamoss, @resinriotcrafts @bussitdown_desserts, the amazing @cierrajanephotography for capturing beautiful stills, and the talented @kj.did.it for capturing this incredible video.

This fight meant a lot to me— not just because of the result. It’s everything that comes with it. The people. The love. The support.

I’ve realized something through this journey… sometimes the loudest support doesn’t come from where you expect it to. There are moments where I wish I had that “good luck” text from my own family, or that extra encouragement on fight day. But at the same time, God has placed some incredible people in my life who show up for me in ways I’ll never take for granted.

To my friends, my team, the people I’ve only known for a short time, and even those who barely know me but still choose to support me—you guys go out of your way to check on me, pray for me, and celebrate my wins like they’re your own. That kind of love is rare, and I feel it every single time I step into that ring. I carry it with me.

God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought you all into my life. And I hope you know that your support doesn’t go unnoticed—it fuels me.

And to my coach—thank you for believing in me, even on the days I doubt myself. Thank you for your patience, your time, your knowledge, and for pushing me past limits I didn’t think I could break. You don’t just train me physically, you build me mentally and emotionally into a stronger fighter and person. I wouldn’t be who I am in that ring without you.

This win belongs to everyone 🤍
