Breathe with me Holy shit I'm only grounded now after an incredibly intense but beautiful week finishing my breathwork practitioner course with all these wonderful souls. Maaaan we went deep. I couldn't believe how much I released just from breathing it was such a a new territory within myself. It feels good though. Real good! I've done alot of medcines over the last few years that brought we to deep places but this HIT different. It taught me something new WE ARE THE MEDICINE and the breathe is the carrier. We just need to learn how to work with it. I now know how to work with the breathe and body to help others get to that place themselves too. Come do a session and find out for yourself This course was taught with such integrity by two very heart centered legends @breathwaveireland and @ofelia.bojorquez. Thank you guys. A great team So proud of everyone on the course. How everyone showed up for each other was something special that I'll hold dear in my heart. Grateful beyond words. 🤍 Ireland has felt so much like home. I’m deeply moved by the quality of human beings gathering here—people willing to go inward, to meet themselves deeply, so they can become safer, more grounded spaces for others. I don’t think I’ve ever cried and laughed this much in a training. And seeing so many men step forward with courage, vulnerability, tenderness, and a genuine willingness to do the work gives me hope for humanity. A thousand thank-yous for your lives, your hearts, and everything you brought into this space. 🤍🙌🏼 I remain in awe—and humbled by how much there is still to learn. Every day, learning how to keep showing up more fully, how to listen more deeply, and how to continue sharing the medicine of the breath with integrity. What a privilege it is to do this work. Forever grateful for my co facilitator @breathwaveireland what a team!!!!!! -and for Robin Clements to open the path for us the share this medicine !
