This past Sunday, 3-29-26, I premiered my latest short documentary film, “Beats & Brotherhood” and also screened my documentary, “City of Kings: Atlanta.” (@cityofkingsatl) at the TARA Theater (@thetaraatlanta). It was a great evening, full of COMMUNITY and LOVE and Im so thankful for everyone who supported.

My good friend Skyy Wonders (@skyywonders) of IMARO Magazine (@imaromag), who I have known since the early 90’s, came out and documented the evening. I will forever be grateful to her for capturing this evening, a significant moment in my journey.

Until next time. #wfjrFILMS #BeatsAndBrotherhood #stayproductive #CityofKingsATL

Thank you to everyone who came, who couldn’t be there but wanted to, who bought tickets to donate/support, who shared and told others about the premiere.

Until next time. #wfjrFILMS #BeatsAndBrotherhood #stayproductive #CityofKingsATL

Will Feagins, Jr. — Filmmaker | Documentarian

A very dear friend of mine, wfjrFilms, presented “Beats & Brotherhood” on March 29, 2026, at @thetaraatlanta, an evening rooted in culture, creativity, and community.

Before the feature, “City of Kings: Atlanta” explored the origins of Atlanta’s graffiti culture through historian and educator Antar K. Fierce, reminding us that what once lived in the margins now defines the visual language of our city.

“Beats & Brotherhood” highlighted Atlanta’s producer community featuring @Daaaytripper @illastrate_ @Yaminallday @LexBoogieBX @DoctorConspiracy @Rock_Most @Dj_Nervex, & @Floydthelocsmif.
Stay Productive, hosted by @FortKnoxLive! x @speakeasypromo, is where producers come together, not to compete, but to share, connect, and create freely.

The message was clear: creativity should flow. It’s not a battle, it’s an art. A brotherhood.

I’m incredibly proud of Will. His work preserves culture, truth, and legacy.

At IMARO, this is why we celebrate creatives like him, because their visions shape culture and ensure our stories live on.
