Our east meets west tradition: congee using leftover turkey bones with fried garlic, fried onions, green onions, cilantro, century egg, bok choi, and shredded dried pork. Trying to copy Uncle Phillip and Auntie Meri’s delicious congee

That’s right, it’s the return of the @udjschool monthly open table scratch session, with our extra-spooky Halloween edition. And by that I mean you’ll be scared by how out of shape we sound after a month off. Saturday October 26, 2019 @rivolitoronto 334 Queen St W, 3-7pm. We’ll be running freaky beats like this banger from @zuckell Off the @tablebeats App... maybe some new @scotty_skratches Thumpers if you’re lucky. Come by and frighten us with your talent... if you dare, oooooooohhh.

Wow, another too-generous and caring couple of ours that we had the pleasure of serving today. Too many times do our couples check on us, ask how we are and if we need anything when they should be the ones catered to, Tracy, Minh, thank you so much for caring about us so genuinely and we felt it from your families as well. We walked into a group that spoke to us as if they've known us just as long.

The end of summer doesn’t have to be a total misery. Come scratch with us at the @udjschool monthly open session @rivolitoronto 334 Queen St W this Saturday August 31 3-4pm and lift your lowly spirits. Great food, ace drinks and enough scratching to make you tear at your tank top with delight. #scratch #dj #skratch #skratching #turntablist #turntablism #hiphop #torontohiphop #vestax #tablebeatsapp #vinyl #udj #udjschool #torontodj #torontodjschool #learntodj #curiouscitytoronto #todotoronto #torontomusic #skratchsociety
