POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This one means a lot to me. 🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about grief, mental health, purpose, and how much we all need reminders that our lives matter, especially in the moments when it’s hardest to believe that.

There have been some really heavy reminders of that in my own personal life, and the timing of releasing this song honestly feels so inspired.

I’m really grateful to be part of something that I hope can bring a little light to someone who needs it. 🤍

Please share this video with someone you love, and remind them how grateful you are that they’re here.

6 years ago today 🥲
Just before Covid hit, freshman-year Abi somehow ended up filming “Head Above Water” with @1achord and I honestly had no idea how much that moment would shape my life.

I cringe at some parts, laugh at my dance skills, and still feel so grateful for the people in that season. What started as a music video turned into friendships, memories, and experiences I never could’ve predicted.

Crazy how God uses little moments to open really big doors. ❤️
