Photographers : lighting is everything when it comes to telling a story. AND you don’t need expensive lighting gear either.
.
.
.
Some of the portraits that I shoot I have made with literally a $10 flashlight from Amazon. Some portraits I’ll just use ambient lighting in my surroundings. Others, I just use a $50 pocket RGB light that changes colors.

Most people don’t know this but I went to photography school (and dropped out!). I was told that I couldn’t shoot in unique ways. They wanted me to stick to the basic set up and use a light meter and I couldn’t over exposure or under expose anything - and they were totally WRONG! What made my work stand out from the rest was exactly the opposite of what they taught me in school. I love to find unique creative lighting techniques. Get weird with it! There’s no “right” way of doing photography. And this is what made me stand out from everyone else. Follow @chrisfulch & @sincitycreative for more tips & tricks!
