take what you can from your dreams, make them as real as anything 🫶 year two with the literal beach as my office, year two of constantly asking “oh you guys are getting paid? i thought we were just hanging out”

September marks 10 years in business, and our 6th year at our Main Street Patchogue location. Owning a business has been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid, and doing it together with my family means more than anyone could imagine.

Here’s a throwback to our official Patchogue Chamber Of Commerce ribbon cutting (aka the best ribbon cutting ever in Patchogue history IYKYK)

Thank you to everyone that we’ve ever worked with, and an even bigger thank you to everyone we continue to work with over these past 10 years. Here’s to many more 🍻

I’ve spent a lot of my life thinking performance was about doing more.

Training harder. Working longer. Pushing through.

But as I get older, I’m realizing it’s really about the habits you can repeat.

So I’m dialing things back to the basics.

Move my body.
Eat with intention.
Be present with my family.
Build the businesses.
Take care of myself so I have more to give to the people who depend on me.

MEAL ONE.

Nothing complicated. Just another small decision toward becoming the man, husband, father and leader I want to be.

One meal. One workout. One day at a time.

Let’s work. 🤙

I feel like she wrote "Anti-hero" as an answer to "Runaway."
Kinda trippy.
