Back at it! Took a month break due to life and vacay. It was worth the break, to just be present and enjoy our time together. A time well spent with family rather than obsessing gym progress.

And now we back, slowly but steadily! We are starting @kayla_itsines Strength in 30 from Block 1 just because it feels right after such a long break. So, here’s snippet of last week’s workout 😊

Wishing you a lovely week! ❤️

Challenge accepted @kayla_itsines @sweat 💪

Though we only did 2 workouts from the 3 in the program because I pulled my quad muscle on the first workout of lower body day. No, not fron the workout but from picking up my phone from the ground 🙄 I tried to continue but everything hurt, so we improvised and did upper body workout. Lucky it was fine again after 2 days, but still a bummer…

Let’s hope this week it will be better 🤞

Wishing you all a lovely Sunday and powerfull challenge (whether you’re doing it or not) ❤️

A week of workout! 💪 Still practicung my chin up whenever I can and did a short run on Saturday. Nice weather means hay fever for me, but it won’t spoil the fun 😉

Feeling so blessed! Spoiled by hubby @djbruceobrien and little princess @tiarasattler this mother’s day. Celebrated it with #crepecity event in Amsterdam, and of course scored some nice stuffs 😊

Happy mother’s day to you all! ❤️

No birthday workout today, so video of yesterday’s workout it is 🤪 Gave him a quick kb swing lesson since it’s his first time doing it. Still work to do on the form but proud he wanted to try it! 💪

Didn’t do go to the gym that regularly the past 2 weeks either because of our daughter’s chicken pox and my new job. So glad she’s better now

So glad it’s Wednesday already. Happy hump day! ❤️

Let’s move to send positive vibes for @tracys_pwr_journey
