Here’s a sneak preview of our latest project,
gOlden rOpe.
It’s my work-in-progress mix of “Bumpy”, accompanying a photo montage of our incredible journey, recording at @ocfstudio on Hydra last October. One of the great adventures of my life, making music with my dear and incredibly talented friends, @djcaptainchoice @papabassist @timkirker & @dylanfujioka, in such a special setting.
None of us will ever forget the magic of this trip.
Much love to Stephan & Vasilis (and Muffy) at OCF for being such incredible hosts.
All of the fantastic woodwinds on this track were played by @sylvaincarton back here in LA, and engineered by @tl2bass at his awesome home studio.
So much more to come - stay tuned!!

The Offs - First Album

📴📴📴 (There isn’t a Jean-Michel Basquiat emoji). And yes, it’s real 😉. Never too early in the AM for THIS sorta biz 👀👀👀! Original SF BWO of NYC post punk / ska hitter from this collective. Always felt a little bad for them bc the album itself is quite quite good, but was always a little outshined by the fact that JMB did the cover art. Real deal first press here in VEEEEERY clean condition, CD 025 in the dead wax, sterling stamper and the little circled EDP all came to school. The disc is VG++ and the jacket is VG+, just has two minor very hard to see creases by the corners as can be seen in the corners, only on front. $350 shipped!
