There’s something wild about moving to music you don’t know… no plan, no prediction, just feeling. ✨

That’s where the magic lives.
Where the body stops thinking and starts listening!

Being a conduit for sound, bass, violin, whatever hits - it feels like stepping into something bigger than me. And, it’s so fun! Sharing this because it is ok to go fast, be messy, and find yourself creating in the moment! 💖

🤩 Improvisational movement to @pheel518 at @theguardianspokane 🎶

My daily reminder for everyone to say their dreams out loud and then go DO IT! ✨🫶

I still can’t believe I performed for @contra.slaps at the @theguardianspokane earlier this year. One of my favorite artists of all time, and I’m so thankful to have been a conduit for their music and be a vibe setter! Thank you for trusting in me Ezra! 🎶

Also, I’m really proud of myself… I even made a gold and green top for the occasion which I am very proud of ☺️

@darkfusionboutique my favorite belt and pants of all time!

Shoutout to @e.g._sound_and_lighting !!! 😍

The magic a hoop creates! Great photos done by @djdare808 at one of our flowmeets. This is a Hyperion hoop showing just 4 out of the 1600 patterns, but WOW!
