the LA screening was nothing short of incredible. I cried a lot which is stupid. But it’s fine.

I love you all.

TMNT: MUTANT MAYHEM is out now!! I saw it last night with a bunch of the art team. Working on this thing for the last 2 years+ was an absolute dream. I got to make a fucking radical movie with some of my best friends in the world, working with an IP that I loved as a kid. We poured so much of ourselves into this film. It was born out of passion and trust and love and friendship. I feel so grateful to have shared this time with every single person on the team.

First, The animation world should bow to production designer @yashar.cc . There is not a kinder person out there in Art leadership. Yashar was deeply dedicated to the work and still found time to produce film defining paintings in between meetings. He always empowered us to go for it. It was easier to do this challenging work because Yashar had confidence in us.

Director @roweyourboatz , thank you so much for having fantastic taste, for being collaborative and for trusting us. There are so many things that made it into the film because someone came to Jeff with an idea and he said “yes, yes that’s sick af let’s do that”. Can’t wait for the next one

Big love to both our incredible art directors @ahsuh and @tlamdoods . I will follow you both into the fire again and again and again. I’ve learned a lot from both of you, thanks for being patient and brilliant.🫡🙌

@woodrow_white what is there to say. The movie doesn’t work without you man. Those are the sickest mutants, you produced so much brilliant work and it’s been a fucking honor. 🥷🐢

@seansevestre and @hi_garrett you’re both so talented and I’m jealous all the time.

@oldmanseki you’re a legend, I loved hearing your stories. The movie’s camera has such a voice. Hope we get to do it again.

And to our wonderful visdev supervisor @haramcop and coordinator @comic_kahn I’m uploading late today sorry

This is too long, huge love to everyone else on the art team
