How do I do it all?

Here’s the secret…

… I don’t.

The village is my team. The ones who build the sets, drive the vans, run the tuck shop, stand in a lab at 8am and are still smiling on a stand at 8pm, and who say yes to ideas that sound completely ridiculous when I first describe them out loud.

It’s my family, who have carried kit, tested prototypes, held the camera, and let a work call happen in the middle of a holiday without once making me feel bad about it. It’s the clients and collaborators who backed us before there was a case study to show them, and the ones who came back and did it again.

People ask how I fit it all in, usually meaning it kindly, and the honest answer is that I don’t. I’m just surrounded by people who are brilliant at the bits I’m not, and I’ve got better at letting them get on with it.

So this one isn’t really about me. It’s about every single person in these clips & dozens more who aren’t - but keep the boat afloat! Thank you for making the crazy ideas real.

The whole Christmas period was a crazy blur fuelled by Baileys and panettone. Squeezing a little mum and son trip to Munich added We rinsed it , and now I need a desert island and a jug of margaritas. So forgive the late post. Here’s to a rip roaring -happy and healthy 2026!

One of the best weeks of my entire life @knoydartretreat

It has taught me so much and sometimes falling down the stairs actually helps things fall into place🙏🏻

I love my new music family and feel so grateful I got to spend everyday for a week with them in the wilderness learning about myself and how to write amazing songs with other people and totally let go of my emotions and inhibitions!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Thank you team Knoydart I love you all x

NEW WORK ALERT 🚨 Check our these Logos designed by @lydiaeveripper for @missdjdeed 🎶

@missdjdeed approached The Collective looking for some branding that suited her personality 🐯

As she loved the idea of including an animal, @lydiaeveripper came up with this design and colour scheme, also ensuring the name was clear 👏

If you are looking to hire the Collective for your project then please get in touch ✨
