ACT 6 - our amazing DJ for the post cabaret boogie will be fantabulous @djemmaash. Les Ediblex will not know what hit them to digest all the acts they devoured before the dance started.

Emma Ash is a Genderqueer Melodic House and Techno DJ, who mixes elements of Indie Dance, Tech House and Bass House in her sets to engage audiences with a variety of techniques and style. Her sets are uplifting, high energy and great for getting a crowd dancing.

Emma Ash has always been interested in the darker and sexier side of dance music... before DJing she was a sound designer for theatre and still loves dramatic sounds that set a scene. A long time resident of San Francisco, she moved to London in 2020 (just in time for Lockdown). Since then she's DJed in locations across the UK and the US.

this weekend felt like a reminder of why i love hosting so much. slow afternoons in the kitchen, cooking with friends whilst sipping on martinis

i styled the table with a butter yellow linen, mint green and dark red candles + some very beautiful icelandic poppies

on the menu was @juliusroberts tarragon roast chicken, crispy potatoes with alioli, roasted carrots with @odysea_ltd whipped feta and hazelnut pesto, @thedustyknuckle sourdough with whipped black garlic butter, bitter leaves and a citrus granita to finish

we ended upstairs at the top of the tower with @nito.london vermouth spritzes and a disco

Eeep! So happy to share that I am throwing my first event cabaret night 14 May 2026 at @loveshack_ldn . I hosted many cabaret, comedy and mix billed nights and I love it. But this time I am finally cooking up one myself and I am really excited. I had this idea for a long time, seeing how many fabulous food acts appeared independently in the scene. Must be something in the collective consciousness.

'LES EDIBLEX'

Come and nourish yourself in a sizzling night hosted by my Mr Carrot. We all need to eat — so how about we engorge ourselves together on a delicious, artistic, riotous, messy, loud and colourful explosion of exclusive delicious acts? Never before has a mixed-bill night been so EDIBLE! After the cabaret, grate yourselves into a proper mid-week casserole of dancing with a nutritious DJ.
