Life is funny, but I never thought I would be on a stage in a speedo, let alone winning a @ifbb_pro_league card after 12 short months in this wonderful sport. I'm an All In type guy, so this was right up my alley. I have to thank the most important people in my life starting with the best wife ever @hayleyb0928 the best coach/friend/brother @brentb220 the "Queen" @deejs_fitnation for telling me every day I could be a champion, my photographer/videographer @djgray2 my posing coaches @the.posing.sensei_official @christopherbarnett @latissaurusflex and the best gym in #Charlotte @hivefitnessclt . Time to grow for a year and check out some Pro Shows as a 50 year old. Remember kids.....the past is the past....always look at the future and the wonderful things you can still accomplish.

This weekend my super client @questsofalifetime was thrown in the fire with 5 days notice to do @kdecon1 NPC Victory Classic I was also thrown in the fire and did a impromptu guest posing spot no tan no oil. Marcelo has 3 weeks and I have 7 weeks so we’re both on the home stretch. Photo: @djgray2 #classicphysique #bodybuilding #npc #ifbb

GOAL:

@djgray2

I'm not coming out with just a new clothing/product line. IT'S A STATEMENT 💪🏾

I want to see a fit nation.

Health is no longer a priority. We're dying. We care more about the way we look on the outside, then what's going on inside. Right now the average woman is over 40% body fat. Instead of teaching nutrition, physicians are writing prescriptions. We have become complacent and lazy when it comes to health and wellness. And we're paying the cost.

Right now the number one cause of bankruptcy in our country is related to medical bills. Which is one of the reasons why health care cost so much. They're now spending the cost with everyone. You no longer receive discounts because you're in good health, because there's more sick people than healthy people.

And did you know that most diseases now are attributed to nutrition and obesity. Sorry but our government is doing nothing because they're making more money off of sick people than healthy people.

My passion is to create awareness that good health is wealth. You only have one life to live, so live it #well
