Heidi
Saturday 28 November

Heidi grew up in Windsor, Canada, on the border of Detroit, where the music of the Motor City and nearby Chicago left a deep mark. She moved to London in 2000, worked the counter at Koobla Records, then helped open Phonica, London's foremost record shop. Before she knew it she was DJing and touring the world with Berlin's Get Physical.

@alexishotchip - Alexis Taylor, @joe_hot_chip Joe Goddard, @djheidi Heidi, @alan_braxe Braxe + Falcon and @theavalanches The Avalanches. Spoilt for choice at Bugged Out.

Finally got to see Alan Braxe after following his stuff with Fred Falke for years. Unfortunately someone decided The Avalanches should play at the same time. Cheers for that @buggedoutclub

Missed a big part of @leftfieldmusic Leftfield too. Apparently being in three places at once isn’t an option.

When it comes to big discos, Bugged Out! do it better than anyone.

We caught up with the inimitable @djheidi backstage at Drumsheds to find out the music that’s been keeping her dancing over the years.

We’re blown away by the response to Saturdays’ party. ⚡️

We loved it and we think you did too! ❤️

Having all our friends and family all under one roof across three packed rooms was fantastic and pretty moving at times...

We’d like to thank all the DJs and live acts who all brought their A game.

Tracks were new, tracks were old and fresh Bugged Out memories have been made.

Let us know your highlights?

NEW SHOW

Heidi
Saturday 28 November

Few DJs have done more to keep house music fun than Heidi. Canadian born and London based, she built a devoted following through her long running BBC Radio 1 show and Jackathon, her label and party.

After time away she is back, and the response has said everything about how much she has been missed. Expect house, techno and acid pitched for peak time, from someone who reads a room better than almost anyone.

Heidi plays midnight to 2am, with support to be announced.

Doors 9pm. 18+.

It’s been a long time between posts but I’m reflecting on what has been one of the best summers ever. Good energy, good people, good vibes only. Feeling extremely lucky to have celebrated weddings, birthdays and danced at Heidi’s gigs with old friends and new. Especially fortunate to have travelled to the World Cup in LA and Vancouver supporting the NZ All Whites. And I even became a cricket steward at the Oval cricket ground for the summer! Am smiling from ear to ear and planning to take all that positive energy into the rest of the year. 😀

My heart is full Caroline & Ted’s wedding. Friends, family, Tisno (Tisyes), music, food, love all around us.

To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides ☀️❤️

So many moments so many photos I can’t get everyone in! You know who you are 🫶💋

I don’t think we’ve ever posted this one before, so here’s a major throwback to @djheidi dropping Strings Of Life at the last ever Shine @ QUBSU ❤️

Heidi returns this Saturday for a much more intimate affair at Ulster Sports Club, with support from Conor Schmtz, and we can’t wait for some lovely house music to see out the week.
