Our dancers tonight were BAD (and we mean that in the good way!) 😈

Intermediate Tap with @djkcmixinitup took over the floor to start our Thursday off the right way ✨💜

Reminder there is no Intermediate Tap next Thursday as we prepare for our BOOS ON BROADWAY Theater Jazz mixer class, but don't worry there's still plenty of tap left this month!

A few more moments from this year’s iTap Teacher Retreat ✨

A weekend full of live music, tap talks, shuffles, conversations, hugs, and so many little moments that reminded me why this community is so meaningful and special.

I’m incredibly grateful for every single iTap Teacher for sharing their energy, curiosity, experience, and love for this art form.

And I’m already dreaming about what we’re going to do next year 🩵

And if you’re a tap teacher looking at these photos thinking, “I want to be in a room like that…”

Just know that the virtual studio doors to @itaponline are always open for you ✨

I've been caught up in a whirlwind summer of tap dance goodness ✨

In August, we gathered for the SECOND annual @itaponline iTap Teacher Retreat...

And just a couple of weeks ago, we wrapped up this summer's tap teacher training for the iTap Teacher Certificate Program...

And my heart is SO full!

One of the things I’m most proud of through iTapOnline is the community that has grown.

Tap teachers from all around the world coming together to learn, grow, and share shuffles...

And every year, that community gets a little bigger.

Here’s a little peek at some of the goodness from this year’s iTap Teacher Retreat, including plenty of shuffles, live music, tap talks, hugs, laughter, and quality time together.

Special thank yous to @vincentpiercesmith for flowing with us 🎶 and my mentor @karencallawaywilliams for graciously sharing 🥰

Congratulations to our mentor, muse, teacher and tap master the late great LaVaughn Robinson for receiving the Tap City Award presented by @americantapdancefoundation at @nypl_lpa the Lincoln Center Library of Performing Arts in NYC.

The incomparable Germaine Ingram and @tapteamtwo gave a rousing tribute with poetry and original choreography from the late master.

Here's to continuing LaVaughn's legacy at the Philly Tap Fest 2026!
