Nine years ago, @jason_heidiansley asked me if I would help program for the @1stphormmonstergames . I said yes, and somehow I’ve been lucky enough to be part of it ever since.

Jason and Heidi were the very first people we trusted to babysit our girls so @kelliheppner and I could attend our church small group at night.

This weekend we took the girls to their first CrossFit event, and I could think of no better event than Monster Games.

The Monster Games has always been about competition but it’s also always been about friendship, community, and family. I just happened to bring a little bit more family with me this year compare to previous.

Here is to year 10 next year. Maybe Andi and Berk will do a Female / Female team next year.

6. FNL with some friends
7. breakfast>>
8. more breakfast but make it with friends
9. weather being nice enough to workout outside
10. lots of training(shoutout to the best coach @tackettfitness )
