Last night we got the terrible sad news, that our loving Dutch DJ Lbert passed away this Tuesday.
This is a special beats2dance radio edition, especially dedicated to DJ Lbert

He was such a beautiful, kind man, always positive and enthusiastic full of passion in his heart. He believed in one 1 love and gave us a chance, to be part of his dj live and The Deep Club event. We are forever grateful thank you 💙
You will be missed on earth, but heaven is a star richer.
Our condoleance for the family❤

Lieve @djlbert ,

Ik ga je hard missen vriend...

We ontmoette elkaar in 2019 of zo bij een CrossFit wedstrijd waar we beide moesten draaien. En daar bleef het niet bij.... Vele volgden.

Broadcast: www.meerradio.nl
Ether: 105.5 + 106.6 FM

Tonight is the night! Aanmelden is fijn. Kom je strax dansen? https://luma.com/g6dk6ayv

Some say he hasn't stopped digging for records since a radio show changed everything in 1992.
Some say he's never walked into a room he couldn't turn into a happy place.

All we know is… he's called Lbert. 🔥

It started with Jaydee's legendary show For Those Who Like To Groove, and the dancefloor never let him go.
Raised musically by Solomun, Jaydee and Michel de Hey, @djlbert plays a sound that drifts from beachy lounge to peak-time Ibiza club to melodic techno. Pulling underground gems from Afro, Middle Eastern, Indie and Western dance culture.

Resident at The Deep Club and dance programmer at Cpunt Hoofddorp. With one mission: turn any room into a happy place to dance.

🚢 On June 27, that room is a boat on the water, Amsterdam skyline behind you.
🎟️ Tickets are €20 now — €25 at the door. Lock yours in before they're gone → link in bio, or check diep.events
