Disco Club Perth was a blast! Take 500+ women in a sold out event, add in a killer DJ @djfadj and a night club from my 90’s where I saw Jamie Durie in Manpower (I digress) and you’ve got the perfect recipe for fun.

The other day, one of you messaged me asking what undies I wear….And honestly, it got me thinking 🤔 maybe I should try for an undies deal 😂or collab considering how often I end up in public!

So let me take you behind the scenes of my undies for a hot minute.

You might’ve noticed (or maybe not!) that I’ve been sharing more stories from my life lately as I have challenged myself to 30 days of story telling to get my mojo back 😇soooo I thought, why not tell you one about my undies…

TRUTH BOMB 💣 I cannot stand sexy underwear.
It’s just so damn uncomfortable on me…

Back in my Breakfast Radio days and early on with Griffo, I used to wear G-bangers all the time.

But, no joke…I kept getting this random cut right above my bum, near my tailbone. Anyone else, or just me?! 😆

Then when I fell pregnant, I was DONE with G-bangers & I switched to full briefs & let me tell you, there is nothing sexier than Heidi Anderson in her granny undies like above ☝🏻 in all my pics 😆

Yep, I wear Bonds boylegs. Kmart boylegs. Mismatched bras and undies. My girl Chloe even got me into @loveintimo (they’d have to be the comfiest)

Honestly though when I’m in my undies, it’s not about looking sexy for me it’s about feeling something!

When I take my clothes off, it’s not just about undressing.

It’s about shedding layers of bullshit, the lies I’ve told myself, the unrealistic beauty standards society pushes, the expectations I’ve carried around forever….Every layer of clothing I peel off is me letting go of all that 💩 It’s not about the fabric on my body, it’s about the energy I create for myself and for YOU.

It’s like when Tony Robbins gets people to walk on fire 🔥 they do it & suddenly their minds are blown, “If I can do that, I can do anything.”

That’s how I feel when I strip down to my mismatched Kmart, Intimo, Bonds getup 😇😍 It’s freedom, it’s power, it’s confidence!

So yeah, here I am, in my gorge big bloomers, looking & feeling sexy as hell & when you see me in my underwear, remember…it’s not about what I’m wearing, it’s about the feeling! That’s what I want you to experience too H x
