Meet the MTM team!

We are a team of former college players that understand the challenges that come with recruitment. Even after college we’ve spent years working towards our next contract. No one was there to guide us, but we are here to guide you.

Let’s get to work! ⚽️

It has been a very long and intense season, but finally I have some time to post drills from my Soccer Instinct program again. You can find this and many other drills in my book 📖 It’s a great drill that you can integrate into your team training. I use it as activation after dynamic warmups.

In this drill we work with a dual interference. We train technique, scanning, reaction, vision and overall coordination.

- alternate hands with the tennis ball
- whenever you play the pass on the ground, the tennis ball has to be in the air
- directly scan your shoulder
- if the player behind you shows:
🟡 use your right foot
🔵 use your left foot

They don’t always clap for the grind…
They don’t always see the early mornings, the late nights, the sacrifices. But consistency doesn’t need applause.

I’m locked in. Day after day. Rep after rep.
Even when nobody’s watching. They might not show the love you deserve right now…but trust me, they’ll remember the name when it matters.

Keep working. Keep building. Keep proving.
Your time isn’t coming… it’s being created. 🔥ConsistencyIsKey #StayLockedIn #TrustTheProcess #NoDaysOff #KeepGrinding #theywillknowyourname

Growth over everything. No shortcuts. No chasing applause. No looking around to see who’s watching. Just daily commitment to getting better, when it’s quiet, when it’s hard, when nobody’s clapping. Real development isn’t loud. It’s built in the details, the extra reps, the discipline, the mindset. And over time, it shows. Let others chase recognition. I’ll chase improvement. Because when your game is real, it speaks for itself. 🔥⚽️
