POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some moments remind you why the journey was bigger than you. 💜

From being recruited by UNCW to returning years later as the keynote speaker… talk about a full-circle moment!

Basketball opened doors I never imagined, but the real blessing is being able to use those experiences to open doors for others.

We can’t just celebrate greatness when it arrives. We have to invest in it while it’s developing.

Grateful for the opportunity to pour into the next generation and remind everyone that supporting women’s sports is more than a conversation. It’s a commitment.

The game gave me a platform. The purpose is bigger than the game. It was a pleasure @uncwwbb🤞🏽💜

3 years of Sole Sanity on Youtube. 👟🎙️

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for everyone who’s supported this channel since day one. What started as an idea and a love for sneakers has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined, and none of it would be possible without this community.

To every single person who’s watched a video, left a comment, liked a post, subscribed, shared our content, or supported us in any way—thank you. You’ve helped turn this into something special, and we never take that for granted.

Over the last 3 years we’ve been fortunate enough to hit some milestones we’re incredibly proud of:
👟 525,000+ views
🎥 11,000+ watch hours
📈 4,275+ subscribers

Those numbers mean a lot—but more than anything, they represent the community that’s been rocking with us and showing love every step of the way.

Huge thank you to Eli, Jeremiah, Meg, and Rich for everything you’ve poured into this, and to every guest who’s been part of the journey—thank you for helping make Sole Sanity what it is.

We started this because we genuinely love sneakers and the stories and community behind them. Our goal has always been simple: bring authentic sneaker content to the community and keep the conversation going.

Thank you for an incredible 3 years. We’re just getting started—and we can’t wait to keep building with all of you for many more to come. ❤️👟🎙️
