Two days after @arsnovanyc announced #ANTFest2026, this reel from @ultranatemusic speaking to @rawclubarmando on the @rawclubarchives podcast landed on my feed and I was kind of blown away💥⚡️

She’s talking about the exact themes we explore in The Disco Nativity: how “Death to Disco” tried to bury a genre, a movement, and a people, but the music kept living abroad (and here) 🪩🖤 And make sure you watch that entire reel because Ultra Naté’s giving you the math🤘🏾

The Disco Nativity premieres MONDAY SEPTEMBER 21st at @arsnovanyc as part of #ANTFest2026 | Doors 6:30 |Show 7| Deets in bio | ✍🏾: @DJMondayBlue x @just.chinisha/Cosmic Dust Productions

ATL, you fed my soul 🩵🌹

What a week it’s been — from the Spelman Senior Soirée to Echo Room, digital to vinyl, the vibes never dipped. Endless gratitude to @spelman_college, my #Notorious97 sister @mikkimedia, and my Morehouse brother-in-spin @salahananse for having me on the ones and twos across it all 🎧⚡️

But the real magic? Getting to talk, dance, laugh with and hug so many of my Spelman and SpelHouse family. Watching the daughters, sons, nieces, nephews, and godchildren of my peers walk into their own as SpelHouse alumnae — there are no words. Seeds were planted and now look! 🥹🌱✨

To the newest graduates: welcome to the family. We’ve been waiting for you ♥️💙

And a very special shoutout to Coke Bear who knew alllll the line dances and did NOT miss a single step 🐻🕺🏾

Peace up, A’s down! ✌🏾💫

This THURSDAY APRIL 16th I’m back at @danteshifi in Miami and I couldn’t be more excited! 🎶✨

Last April, I had the honor of playing Ladies Night with @car0zilla and @alelove_music, and it was one of those nights that stays with you. This time around, I’m sharing the decks with the incredibly talented @trayze so you know it’s gonna be a funky good time 🤘🏾

There’s something about preparing for a vinyl set—the intentionality of every record that makes it into the bag, knowing you can’t just pull up a track on the fly. It’s a different kind of craft, and I love it 🫶🏾 Swipe to see some prep for Thursday and moments from last year 🎧🩵

If you’re in Miami, come through… let’s make some magic happen! 🌴🧚🏾🪩
