People often assume my favourite part of coaching is fitness.
It isn’t.
It’s witnessing change.

Watching someone go from feeling stiff to moving freely.
From feeling intimidated by the gym to walking in with confidence.
From seeing their body as a source of frustration to seeing it as something they’re proud of.

The workouts matter.
The strength matters.
The mobility matters.

But what I love most is helping people realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

That’s a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

Started working with Par almost a year ago. His goals were clear but probably not smart at that point. He wanted to become stronger (lift heavier) lose fat and correct some posture imbalances.
You see, when your muscles and fascia are tight, they can contribute to imbalances in your skeletal posture. You can definitely get stronger and lift heavy yet, you’re only worsening your mobility and flexibility issues furthermore. Gaining strength at the cost of losing movement in years to come is not a smart decision. Especially when you’re +30.
That’s why my approach with his programming was prioritizing mobility training first. The first 20 minutes of all of his sessions focuses on targeted mobility training before even touching a barbell/dumbbell. And each session finishes off with more mobility training while the main chunk of the program is compound lifts and accessories that improve those. The result has been very evident.
He’s lifting heavier with an improved range of motion where he experiences no pain in those ranges anymore. He can visit these compound lifts more frequently at higher intensity since he’s body is not sore, tight, and broken from one lifting session. He walks, runs, stands and breathes better.
He is has more things to improve and more wins to celebrate rather than just chasing the numbers he collects on a barbell.

BTW, majority of his coaching has been online since he’s traveling year around for his business.
Extremely proud of him and his progress.
Working with busy high achieving professionals/entrepreneurs brings me so much joy, knowing I can help them develop their physique (and mind consequently) as they build their business and thrive in life.

If you are one of the above and want to get results like Par did. comment COACHING and I’ll setup a call with you.
