Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to celebrate the life of my brother, Willie Floris. It was truly beautiful to see his family, friends, co-workers, former public school teachers, neighbors, and so many others come together in his honor.

Willie was well known, deeply loved, and truly cherished by so many people. Last night, we shared countless childhood memories, laughed about the good times, and celebrated the life and impact he had on all of us. The love in the air was real, and everything was peaceful, beautiful, and filled with positive energy.

I know Willie was looking down on all of us, smiling and seeing just how much he was loved.

Willie, we love you, we miss you, and you’re going to be missed more than words can explain. Your memory will live on through your family, your friends, your children, and everyone whose life you touched.

Forever Willie. 🕊️💙🕯️🎉

I've spent the summer putting together this project. I was given the opportunity to speak to some people who have not only invested their time in the culture but have a deep love for it and will do anything to see it prosper. The full project will be available next week on Youtube. I hope you guys enjoy and also that it sparks a fire to fight for something that is important and represents not just us but our heritage and our lineage
