From leaving Q behind to surviving the Big Black Laps, this is what Shred.Eat.Sleep. trips are all about. 😂🏂🏾

The laughs. The chaos. The progression. The people you meet along the way.

And if you thought we were done…

We’ve got Finland 🇫🇮 and Austria 🇦🇹 waiting for you this winter.

Two very different adventures. One Shred.Eat.Sleep. community!

We’re getting ready to open bookings and places are going to be limited.

Want first dibs? Get yourself on the mailing list.

That’s where we’ll be sharing the details first. 👀

Spring Lake Escape 🌊☀️

A weekend of nature, wakeboarding, good food and time spent with a great group of people at @springlakeswatersports

Some of us were getting on the board for the first time, while others were there to ride, relax and enjoy the weekend by the lake. Either way, it was a real escape from the usual routine.

We’re keeping the summer going with our FINAL wakeboarding event of 2026 at @wakeupdocklands in London on Saturday 26th September! 🚨

If you’ve been meaning to try wakeboarding, improve your riding or just spend a day on the water with good people, this is your last chance to join us in London this season.

Tickets are live now on our Luma! Grab yours before they’re gone. 🌊🏄🏾‍♂️

Well, now that the cat’s out the bag, I can finally post this properly. Congratulations to @josephsubuola & @francescaemmanuel_ 🥂💍

Celebrating @loveisblindnetflix with my brother was such a sweet day.

Also, I’ve been a bridesmaid 15+ times, so at this point it would be criminal not to repurpose the asoebi 😂 thanks @sapphirebelle.ng

I am the man I am today because of my village

I’m not perfect, and I’m still very much a work in progress, but the people around me have played such a huge part in shaping the man I’ve become.

One thing I’ve really appreciated since the scene where tears were shed, is hearing from so many people who said it was refreshing to see Black men being vulnerable, showing emotion and being open on their screens.

I’ve seen a lot of the love and support that’s come our way, although I haven’t seen everything, thank you. Honestly, it means more than I can put into words. 🤎

And to my village… thank you for helping make me the man I am today.

Affectionately known by those close to me as Grandad 🤣🤎
