@djrojas36 put on an amazing event last night! I’m so proud of our community, and I’m watching how powerful this scene is becoming. We’re a family that wants to see each other succeed. Last night, DJs who weren’t on the lineup came together to support the DJs who were, and it ended in one of the dopest back-to-back sessions I’ve ever seen!

Thank you, DJ Rojas, for creating another outlet that makes the whole scene better! Range of Motion was a hit!!! #savannahedm #edmsavannah #savannahgeorgia #housemusiclovers #techhousemusic

He has a stacked lineup and I guarantee you don’t want to miss it:

This Friday, I’m bringing together two of the most important parts of my life to raise money for a cause that’s deeply personal to me.

I’ve spent most of my adult life as a combat athlete. I grew up in poverty, surrounded by trauma, and combat sports were my escape. The gym is where I learned the tools that got me out and gave me a different life.

I opened Champions Training Center to share the arts that changed my life and to give back. Combat sports teach you more than how to fight. They teach goal setting, discipline, resilience, and an unwavering drive to succeed. Those lessons changed my life, and I knew they could change others’.

Highly Unorthodox Gatherings (H.U.G.) is my other passion, which I started with my friend Jon Felton. In a time of so much division and negativity, we wanted to show the world that there’s far more love than hate out there. Our mission is simple: create a safe space for EVERYONE. A place where people from different backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems can come together, connect, and grow.

Bringing these two worlds together to support Safe Shelter Savannah makes my heart full. Since 2001, Safe Shelter has given survivors of domestic violence a safe place to go when they have nowhere else to turn.
So on Friday, we’re turning the gym into a dance floor.
