Follower by myself with this months episode of "Unwind Your Mind".

We wrap it up with another guest mix, this time from a seasoned selector and good friend @djscottriley. 🙏💗

Scott Riley is a seasoned selector rooted in organic house, weaving multi-ethnic rhythms and progressive textures into long-form, immersive narratives. With decades of experience behind the decks, his sound prioritizes depth, restraint, and precision—where skillful mixing serves the story, not the spotlight. Shaped by years immersed in iconic club culture, Scott delivers meaningful, globally influenced sets built for connection, not trends.

Please make sure you drop into the chat and say "hello"👋.

Today we’re gearing up for this Friday’s event by revisiting @djscottriley’s incredible Moonlight Mixtape from last month. Scott has honed his skills as a primary resident at the legendary Club at Firestone in central Florida, and now he’s back in Denver — meaning his sonic journey’s coming full circle. Visit the link in our SoundCloud to check out the mix - part playfully-psychedelic, and part made-for-movement funky beats, it’s an auditory adventure for the books.

Don’t forget to catch Scott setting the vibe for us this Friday at @beacondenver. Slide through early to catch his set, and stay late for selections from Quiet Light, @thisiscereus, and our headliner @cielorhythms.

Spring is in session, and on April 5, Sky Terrace is once again bringing Beacon’s First Friday an evening of organic rhythm and range.

Leading off, we have @djscottriley, a veritable connoisseur of sound who’s been lighting up the decks here in Denver and as far away as Florida. He’ll be followed by our Resident @thisiscereus’s moody, heady vibes—he’s been cooking up a storm in the studio (and some TBA surprises outside of it 😉) so look out for some major melodic moods.

Headlining the night is our founder, @cielorhythms, who is on fire lately with releases for @fluglab, @3rdavenuerec, and a beautiful remix of @marleyhughes “Cuando Estoy Contigo,” out March 29 on @emptyworld.music. A master at manifesting late-night movement, he’s sure to bring that flair for funk and global vibes to keep spirits high all the way through peak time. And closing down is @quiet.light.music, who plays at the boundaries of organic style - a little bit of melody and a little bit of mischief will have you dancing until the lights come up.

Free entry before 9 and heaters all night? Be sure to check in at @beacondenver early and stay for the long haul.
