APPARENTLY we are changing teams without consulting me 🏎🙃... Wrong outfit. Acknowledged mistake. Over a month of emails. Still no resolution. 🙄 (why am I in the firing line atm fr?!)

I ordered the McLaren outfit from @dkaoutfit and received the BMW version. (Whoops - NBD right? Wrong.) Their team acknowledged the error—but insists I pay return shipping to China to get the item price refunded.

Their alternatives? Initially a $5 partial refund or an $8 voucher. Later, an $8 partial refund or a $10 coupon. None of those gets me what I ordered.

I’ve repeatedly offered to return the incorrect item and asked them to cover the reasonable return costs (which is totally reasonable and the law, btw). The response keeps coming back to “company policy”, without addressing that request, or acknowledging lawful consumer rights being part of the conversation.

@dkaoutfit I’m still happy for you to resolve this. Send the correct outfit or arrange a full refund, with reasonable return costs covered.

Customers shouldn’t be left out of pocket for your fulfilment errors. Accountability shouldn’t require this much chasing.

Cute to from @dkaoutfit I like that it's a thicker feeling material. It's actually not what I ordered but when I tried it on, I like it! #outfitoftheday #whatdoyouevendowithhands #summeroutfit #imtryingtoflexmypecs #dkaoutfit

Bought in Edinburgh cute libraries & recently added to my reading list 📚

It’s a shame I only had a small suitcase, otherwise I would have loved to buy some beautiful old books !

What books have you added to your reading list recently ?
