NEVER MISS A MONDAY.

Everyone talks about finishing the week strong. But what about how you start it?

Monday sets the tone. It’s your first opportunity to build momentum, establish discipline, and make a commitment to yourself for the week ahead.

It's easy to show up when you're motivated. The real discipline is showing up when you're tired, when you're busy, or when you just don't feel like it.

How you start your week matters just as much, if not more, than how you finish it.

Don't spend the rest of the week trying to make up for a Monday you could've taken advantage of.

Start strong. Set the standard. Never miss a Monday.

One thing about me… I LOVE marketing! 🤩📱

And one of the MANY reasons I love being part of Wellhouse Real Estate West is because they understand just how important it is!

Marketing a home is SO much more than putting a sign in the yard and some pictures on the MLS. It’s about getting creative, working together, and making sure our listings get the attention they deserve!

Today was all about collaborating with some of my fellow Wellhouse West agents and DK Media to create some awesome content for one of our fellow agents (@hollirevellrealtor) listings! 🎥🏡

I absolutely LOVE being surrounded by people who are just as excited about thinking outside the box as I am! 💗

Being first against someone new can be intimidating.

You don’t know their timing, reactions, or what’s coming back—so it’s easy to hesitate and let them control the round.

This drill shows how to take away that hesitation, dictate the exchange, and become comfortable going first.

Do you prefer to lead or counter? 👇

Being coachable takes more than nodding your head and saying, “Yes, Coach.”

A good attitude and respect matter. But agreeing with a correction isn’t the same as applying it.

What happens after the conversation?

Do you make an effort to change it? Do you carry that correction into the next practice? Do you work on it during sparring, even when it’s uncomfortable or unfamiliar?

You won’t fix every mistake overnight. Some habits take weeks to change. But there should be intentional effort—not the same “yes, coach” every week with no attempt to do anything differently.

And coaches, we have a responsibility here, too. We need to explain the correction clearly, check that the athlete understands it, and give them opportunities to practice it. If our message isn’t getting through, we need to examine how we’re teaching.

Coachability isn’t measured by how quickly you agree. It shows in what you do afterward.

Ask yourself: Are you coachable, or are you just agreeing with your coach?
