Education is at the core of everything we do at TONI&GUY.

Each year, our National Artistic Team visits every TONI&GUY salon across Australia, delivering education to our entire internal team.

To inspire. To elevate. To share knowledge. And to ensure every stylist has access to the best our education and industry have to offer.

“If we stop learning, we become stale. The passion fades, the love passes, and that always translates to our clients and students. By constantly educating ourselves and learning, we’re always growing, staying relevant, and loving what we do every single day.”

It’s always exciting when we get together. 🖤

This week our QLD salons got together and had the pleasure of welcoming National Artistic Directors @aarronbakercolorist and @dleeandrew to TONI&GUY Brisbane for our franchise visit.

A day filled with inspiration, creativity and plenty of fresh ideas. We explored the New Collection Dialect , discovered new techniques, refining our skills and learned the latest tips, tricks and shapes to bring into the salon.

We’re always evolving, always learning and always pushing what’s possible with hair.

Thank you Aaron & Dion for sharing your knowledge, creativity and passion with our team. We loved having you with us.

Backstage x Paul Costelloe with Efi, Cos and the TONI&GUY AU Artistic Team.

Sculpted volume at its finest. Hair elevated, shaped and refined with intention, building bold structure while keeping movement alive.

A play on scale and texture, where controlled form meets soft, undone edges. Every section considered, every silhouette purposeful.

Inspired by Paul Costelloe’s craftsmanship, the hair mirrors the collection — powerful, polished, and full of presence.
